Our invoices are sent on the 1st of the month, with payment occurring on 8th of the month.  You retain control: just let us know within 7 days of any concerns about an invoice.  You will be notified 3 days before each payment occurs. 

You are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which secures a refund of any payment taken in error

We want to be able to direct all our resources to helping our clients with their IT needs.  Chasing you for payment is a waste of ours, and your, time and money. 

We use GoCardless to manage our direct debit authorisations. GoCardless now processes $13bn in transactions a year and counts 50,000 businesses around the world as their customers, from small businesses to household names like TripAdvisor and the Guardian.
