Recently we’ve done a medium sized migration from Zimbra Hosted Email to BPOS. To be honest, it was fraught with difficulty.
We use a set of servers in the cloud on a really fat internet pipe to do most of our migrations and most of them run really fast.
However even migrating IMAP from Zimbra was tough in this case for the following reasons:
1. We couldn’t get a single IMAP admin Account which allowed us to migrate
2. The customer had two mail domains, two Zimbra Servers etc etc
