A great read. A very common sense approach and an intriguing product. There are so many paths it can take. I can’t help thinking that this could be very much the standard for an internal company ( inc trusted partners ) “LinkedIn”. Working for large organisations in the past i was always perplexed how firms hire externally and overlook people internally that have an exact skillset match. Why? the answer is the information is not readily available after a person moves past their first role within the organisation. Interested to see where this leads, keep up the great work Nick ( & Team ).
